_*What We Do*_
We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems.
_*The Big Task*_
You will contribute to the success of our accounting department by ensuring our bills are paid timely and accurately.
You will actively contact customers with an outstanding balance to receive and reconcile payments.
_*Key Sub Tasks*_
· Match Purchase Order’s with packing slips and vendor statements for accuracy.
· Reconcile Supplier Statements for accuracy.
· Enter all Credit Card transactions.
· Track Credits for Warranty returns.
· Maintain Accounts Payable Report for accuracy.
· Properly account for prepaid expenses and recognize in correct periods.
· Other general task but limited too; Answering phone calls, assisting in payroll department, filing, etc…
