Job Summary: Routinely leads and manages teams and/or projects/programs for executives.
Designs, develops, and/or implements innovative, complex solutions, methodologies, modeling techniques, database tools, products/materials, and/or programs.
Effectively interacts with executives on a routine basis, and/or is assigned as an informal leader, coach or mentor to less senior staff.
May represent executive management at meetings or functions.
May provide presentations or act on behalf of executive management.
Exhibits executive level business etiquette and knowledge.
Acts independently on behalf of department or division.
Skills/Abilities: • Has successful experience in making exec level recommendations regarding complex business solutions.
• Has advanced skill with business software, and/or web development.
• Ability to plan and work on multiple major corporate assignments concurrently.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and/or executive level projects/programs.
• Has proven ability to design, develop, and implement materials, projects, and programs from a minimal concept.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective presentations to executive management.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance or related discipline.
Seven plus (7+) years directly related experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit, tax or operational analysis.
Advanced analytical, human relations, and communication skills.
May use advanced financial modeling techniques, database tools and approaches.
Domicile Information: This position will be domiciled in Memphis, TN.
