Regional Director
Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Director will plan, direct, organize, and oversee activities in the company.
Provide helpful programs that will help attain growth and profit for the company.
Create higher ROC and optimization of workflow and implement better procedures and management methods.
Generate strategies and policies associated with the goals of the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaming with Senior management in developing the Company’s Strategic Plan
Implementing the strategic plan and tactics for Branch Operations in assigned Regions and Branches
Leading through the local teams to achieve our business plans, grow our people, our market share, and our capabilities.
Serves branches by living the Mission Statement and Core Values of ProLift through a Team of Regional Directors, RDs
Evaluate performance of the organization in meeting objectives and determine where costs can be reduced, and plan where additional market share can be captured…what can be improved and what should be changed
Completion of Buyer Facilitator (16 weeks)
Obtain Login Rights for all operational platforms and understand the purpose and functionality.
Read, internalize, demonstrate, and share the company’s strategic plans
Read, internalize, demonstrate, and share the company’s Strategy Briefs
Visit branches to learn current capabilities, maturity level and business plans
Review, understand, and execute the ProLift Processes
Review 2023 Business Plans for each branch
Take corrective action to solve organizational problems
Regional Director reports to the VP Of Operations
Other duties & Special Projects as signed by VP Of Operations
Requirements:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership skills: Ability to lead and be an effective Servant leader
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business
5 years’ Previous experience in similar role
