This role is pivotal in driving our digital advertising strategy, particularly in the areas of CTV, YouTube, Display, and Audio.
Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies for CTV, YouTube, Display, and Audio to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Collaborate with agency partners, ensuring clear communication, shared goals, and effective campaign execution while maintaining alignment with the company's brand and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices specific to CTV, YouTube, Display, and Audio advertising, leveraging these insights to enhance campaign performance.
Effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI across all channels and agency partnerships.
Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data and insights to refine strategies, improve ad content, and enhance targeting.
Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition Oversee the performance of media campaigns, analyzing data and making adjustments to optimize results.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize copy, visuals, targeting, and messaging to drive better results.
Monitor and analyze competitors' advertising efforts and identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital advertising, with a focus on CTV, YouTube, Display, Audio channels, and managing agency partnerships.
Proficiency in ad tech and media planning tools.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Expertise in digital advertising platforms, programmatic buying, and audience segmentation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead acquisition goals.
Articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels, with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ability to identify operational gaps/opportunities and implement solutions.
Highly analytical and technical thinker, with proven experience in analyzing complex data to identify trends, insights and opportunities to grow the business.
Strong technical acumen and core understanding of marketing functions/systems.
Proven ability to conceptualize solutions and creatively problem-solve.

Pay Ranges $65,979.
00 - $109,965.
00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.
The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
