About the position:
As a Commercial Maintenance Business Developer, you will be responsible for initiating conversations and conducting client meetings both in-person and virtual that will lead to potential Commercial Maintenance contract sales.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Sr Business Developer.
What you will be doing:
Developing new Commercial Maintenance contract client sales.
Document activities for establishing and maintaining lines of communication while managing relationships with new, existing, and potential Commercial Maintenance clients based within the assigned territory.
Develop and build trust with prospective clients by creating and maintaining an appropriate follow up activity frequency.
Working with the Commercial Maintenance team structure to develop strategies that lead to sales within the defined territory.
Participation in professional networking development – i.
e.
, Arlington Chamber of Commerce, Building Owners and Managers Association, and others.
Travel within the identified sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Maintain records within MHA’S CRM of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
Raise awareness to potential clients on how MHA’s services can benefit them financially and professionally.
Follow up post-sale/contract with MHA’s customers within your territory.
Monitor MHA’s industry competitors and market conditions to influence a customer’s specific needs.
Work closely with Commercial Maintenance Department to help build the brand.

What you need to join our team:
3+ years of Sales Experience.
Customer relationship and value-based selling experience that helps deliver toward sales goals as part of the Commercial Maintenance.
Great communication skills, positive attitude, and a team mentality.
