The Average Client Advisor at our dealership makes between $7,000 - $9,000 per month in commissions; with some well into the six figures! Training Pay: We understand that everyone starts somewhere.
If you're new to the automotive industry or need a refresher, we offer training pay to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to excel.

Requirements of the Client Advisor: Have a strong desire to learn: have an inquisitive mindset that always desires to grow! Have a passion for people: you love to learn about and connect with people and the things they find important in life! Daily Activity of the Client Advisor: Generate client-acquisition activities from a variety of sources.
Perform daily, effective communication with established clients and prospects.
Manage individual sales activities in line with company policies and procedures.

Professionally demonstrate products, technology and services.
Attend required training and education opportunities on ongoing basis.

Qualifications of the Client Advisor: Automotive sales experience is a plus, but NOT required.
