Retail Sales Associate/Store Manager

Retail Sales Associate Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales - Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and effectively manage inventory - Knowledge of retail math to accurately process transactions and handle cash - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to work with technology, including POS systems and other sales tools - Experience in jewelry sales or technical sales is a plus -Social Media content and posting are a MUST If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
