Responsibilities
Assist with all marketing inside and outside the office.
Run errands outside of the office for agent and team.
Interact with customers on the phone, in the office, and out in community events in a friendly and professional manner.
Proficient with word and computer applications – prepare forms, applications, and endorsements.
Assist with all agent’s marketing efforts – market to inside and outside book of business.
Keep the office stocked and organized/tidy inside and outside.

Requirements
Creative, coachable, good time management skills
Outgoing and positive attitude
Able to work 15+ hours weekly and some Saturdays for community events
Interested in a career in the field of insurance, business, or marketing
Must have valid driver’s license
Subject to a background check regarding driving record, credit, and criminal history
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Proactive in problem solving
Able to learn computer functions
Able to work in a fast-paced environment along with meeting deadlines and completing tasks promptly and accurate
Creative and self- motivated to develop, organize, and work marketing campaigns, advertising, and community events
