$600 ** Looking for roommate ** (southwest MS)

I have a 3 br, 2 bath house and i am looking for a roommate to rent one of the rooms.
You would have your private room and bath, use of the house, kitchen etc.
I have a washer/dryer that you may use and utilities are included.
I dont have cable but i do have internet.
Im in a very good neighborhood, close to seigen lane, airline hwy and jefferson hwy.
You would have to pass a background check and have a couple references.
Rent will be $600 a month and that includes, internet, wash/dryer, and Utilities.
I have a large back yard but not fenced, and you would have parking under a carport.
The room has 2 nice size closets and a double bed with 2 small night stands.
If you have your own bed, I can move this one out.
No smoking in the house.
