This is an opening shift position with a start time of 8:00 AM.
POSITION SUMMARY:
QA Order Checkers verify the accuracy of orders that were pulled by the Warehouse Selectors and
ensure that the correct product and quantities will be shipped to the stores.
They do this by verifying that
the product listed on the case and number of cases matches the pick list.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) preventing incidents or
injury to self or others
• Responsible for checking orders, completing required paperwork, and reporting service quality levels
• Communicating with other team members to solve problems
• Responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve order accuracy
• Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from staging and processing areas if needed
• Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of products to ensure finished product quality
• Train and provide assistance to less experienced members of the QA team on quality procedures,
protocols, and documentation
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed mostly in an uncontrolled atmosphere.
Exposure to harsh conditions—such as: dust,
noise, and varying temperatures.
This employee will be required to demonstrate continued knowledge
of Haz/Com regulations and requirements.
All employees are required to follow safety standards and
wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

While performing the duties of this position, the
employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with
hands and arms climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, bend and twist, talk and hear.
Standing 60%, Walking 40%.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

SKILL/ KNOWLEDGE/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • 2 years of experience in a QA role or competency • Competent oral and written communication skills • Competent addition and subtraction math skills • Competent literacy skills for reading orders and labels without transposing part numbers • Must show working computer knowledge and be able to easily navigate through WMS system
