Retail Store Manager: Full Time Employment

We are seeking a Store Manager to support the day to day operations of our organization and inspire emloyees to be the best versions of themselves while providing a best-in-class customer experience.

Compensation: Hourly + Commissions + Benefits Benefits: Medical (100% paid by Good Feet), Dental , Vision , Vacation , Holiday , Sick , 401K (competitive company match) Paid comprehensive product sales training Flexible schedule Essential Functions: Coordinates store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals Coach and develop team members in your store to surpass minimum performance expectations while preparing them to take on new roles and responsibilities Monitor store metrics daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to measure success and continuously motivate staff to exceed assigned sales and productivity goals.
Motivate and inspire employees, lead by example and model excellence in all areas.
Consistently communicate and manage expectations for an exceptional customer experience Acquire top talent through direct involvement in the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding process, anticipating and communicating future needs.
Manage overall store operations, including POS transactions and inventory control.
Responsible for resolving customer concerns Create a work environment that positions The Good Feet Store as a premium employer in your market Wear our products and become a raving fan of the brand and the company mission and vision For a firsthand look at what a career at Good Feet might look like for you, please click this link for a brief video: Click Here We Have Fantastic Retail Hours: 9am - 7pm Monday - Saturday; 10am - 6pm Sundays Requirements: Job Specifications: 2+ years of experience in retail/sales 1+ years of Leadership & Management experience Proven ability to create a strong team culture of accountability and dedication to excellence Demonstrated ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment Analytical and critical thinking ability, including solving complex problems under pressure and adapting to internal and external changes Exceptional customer service skills required Strong written and verbal skills Understanding of financial statements and ability to manage budgets Quick learner with strong organizational skills Able to balance attention to detail with swift execution Supervisory Responsibilities This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment The job operates in a professional retail environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to sit at a presentation station with a client for prolonged periods; stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, use hand to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, occasionally climb up and down ladders, lift up to 25 lbs.
