Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Drive sales and meet sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and upselling techniques - Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of products - Assist with payroll management and scheduling to optimize staffing levels - Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Assist in budgeting and financial planning to achieve store profitability goals - Train, coach, and develop store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets - Assist in recruiting and hiring new team members - Maintain a clean and organized store environment Experience: - Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as an Assistant Store Manager or similar position - Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints or issues effectively - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Experience in recruiting, training, and developing employees - Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for retail management, customer service, and sales, we would love to hear from you.
