Qualifications
To be eligible for this amazing opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
6 months of tenure with the company for lateral transfers or A-PM positions
1 year of tenure and no adverse apartment activity with PS in the past year for Resident Manager (Apartment) positions
1 year of tenure with the company for KTP positions
No DAS during the last 6 months
Last performance rating of "Meets" or above, based on tenure and review cycle
Must be a strong performer in your area
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept apartment
