Customer Service Representative

We work with lots of new construction homes as well as residential remodels.
We are looking for someone with experience in flooring.
Pay will depend on experience.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to sell products effectively.
Duties: - Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries - Provide product information and recommendations - Process customer transactions, including cash handling and operating the Point of Sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Upsell products to increase sales revenue - Assist with inventory management and restocking Skills: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Previous experience in retail environment is preferred - Proficient in basic math and retail math calculations - Bilingual language skills are a plus - Ability to upsell products and meet sales targets We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
