We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store.
This includes managing inventory, buying and selling products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store meets its sales goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent retail math abilities, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
```Duties```
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability
- Ensure the store is properly stocked with merchandise and that inventory levels are accurately maintained
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize theft and maximize store security
```Skills```
- Proven experience in store management or a similar retail leadership role
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Ability to effectively buy and sell products to meet customer demand
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Proficient in retail math calculations, including pricing, discounts, and profit margins
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
