Assistant Manager

```Duties``` - Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services - Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees - Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory control to prevent stockouts or overstocking - Handle cash register operations and perform cash management duties - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Assist in implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement - Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement training programs for staff development ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Proficient in time management and multitasking - Ability to operate a cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Basic administrative skills, including record keeping and data entry - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
