Store Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize revenue.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing loss or theft.
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to promote a knowledgeable and skilled team.
- Create schedules and manage payroll to ensure proper staffing levels at all times.
- Collaborate with the assistant manager to delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Requirements: - Proven experience in store management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service.
- Proficient in retail math for accurate sales tracking and inventory management.
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
