You’ll be responsible for demonstrating the wide array of products, services, and entertainment options available to our customers, creating personalized solutions for every person that walks through the door! Full-time Retail Assistant Store Managers earn ($13 per hour base hourly rate plus commissions).
Full-time Retail Assistant Store Managers can earn $47,000/year or more in their first year when minimum sales expectations and performance goals are met or exceeded.
Top full-time Retail Assistant Store Managers have exceeded $65,000 in a year and some have been promoted to Store Leaders within that year as a result! Commissions are based on sales and performance goals set for a given market.

Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager Duties & Responsibilities: Assisting Store Leader in the daily operations of an AT&T Authorized Retail Store.
Staying current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools.
Achieving monthly goals and objectives.
Fostering a positive store culture for employees and customers.
Assisting Store Leader in maintaining adequate inventory levels.
Assisting in completing accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts, pricing, and conducting physical inventories.
Assisting in maintaining training requirements for yourself and your team.
Resolving customer issues.
Maintaining strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
Work side by side with the store manager Assist with leading, coaching, and motivating your team of successful AT&T Wireless Sales Professionals.
You will work to ensure all operational practices meet the standards of both AT&T Wireless and Blue Link Wireless while training to become a Store Manager.
Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager qualifications: 2+ years of retail wireless sales experience or equivalent experience in a retail setting as a key holder or shift leader with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives Must have the ability to expertly use and teach others how to use and sell wireless technology and services Must thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment Bilingual is preferred but not required Blue Link Wireless is primed for success; our founders have extensive and acclaimed experience in the wireless communications sector.
