Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Car Sales Consultant to join our team.
As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in pruchasing a new or used vehicle, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales growth
- Build relationships with potential customers through various avenues, including networking, and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or outside sales is preferred
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license
