Focal Point Investment LLC is currently seeking a Commercial Leasing Administrator for its rapidly growing portfolio.
This position is responsible for the marketing and showing of commercial real estate (primarily office and retail) and the negotiation and execution of lease transactions, as well as the maintenance of information and documentation related to current and prospective tenants and acting as a primary contact for both current and prospective tenants.

*Responsibilities:* * Conducts market surveys and analysis of existing inventory and available properties to ensure that lease rates and terms are appropriate for the market.
* Works closely with the Marketing Director to ensure that available space is being appropriately marketed and that internal and external posted marketing materials are accurate and up to date.
* Responds to all inquiries received via phone call, text, or email in a timely manner to determine space needs.
* Schedules dates and times to meet with prospective tenants to show spaces and consistently follows up.
* Communicates with Construction Coordinator on projects including new project completions, tenant improvements and make ready or remodeling work.
* Verify financial and entity information provided by prospective tenants.
* Understands base rent leases and NNN leases and ensures tenants understanding.
* Coordinates the preparation and execution of all lease documents including LOIs, leases and related addenda.
* Inputs all leases and supporting documents into Yardi and ensures maintenance of documents in Yardi and physical files.
* Manages lease expirations and negotiates renewal terms.
* Inputs maintenance requests in Yardi and coordinates with PM and/or maintenance team to ensure completion.
* Provides updates at weekly meetings regarding prospective tenants and updates on transactions.
* Performs other duties as assigned including QuickBooks data entry, receptionist duties, and office administration.
* Some travel may be required.
*Requirements:*: Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field.
OR Experience: 2 to 5 years experience in commercial real estate (primarily office and retail) leasing or lease administration.
Must be able to pass criminal background check.
Must be proficient in all MS Office Programs and skilled in QuickBooks and Yardi (or similar PM software) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
00 - $60,000.
