Taylor 12 String - $1,000 (Como)

I bought this guitar last year.
I've played it maybe a dozen times.
I've kept it in the Taylor, hard shell case that I also purchased (it came with a gig bag).
It plays and sound great, I just don't have the time to enjoy it.
The guitar with the gig bag is $1000.
The hard shell, fitted case is an additional $150.
