We are now seeking a Fuel & Lube Service Technician to work in our new, innovative facility near the Memphis International Airport.

In this role, you will operate the auction’s fuel truck and perform predominantly light repair which includes adding fuel into vehicles, tire repair, jump start vehicles as requested, and battery replacement.
In addition, you will assist the auction mechanic shop with similar tasks and replacement of other minor components.
You will be responsible for invoicing all work completed and maintaining an organized and clean work vehicle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate fuel truck and perform light repairs to incoming auction vehicles
Assist the mechanic shop with diagnosing, repairing, and replacing tires along with changing batteries on vehicles as needed and replacement of other minor components
Responsible for invoicing all work completed
Maintain an organized and clean work vehicle
Other duties as defined and assigned by Shop Manager

Education/Training/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 21 years old (to be placed on our insurance) with a Valid Driver’s License
1 - 2 years previous experience in the automotive and/or diesel repair industry
ASE certifications a plus
Gas/Diesel diagnostic and repair experience a plus
Previous experience in the automotive auction industry a plus
Some basic mechanical knowledge is required
