Job Description:
To plan, organize, direct, and control the performance of worldwide strategic business projects for senior and executive management as related to one or more of the following areas:
Manages staff and ensures systems/processes and their inputs are accurate, supporting invoicing, settlement, financial or other back-office systems and programs
Selects, trains, develops, and motivates a staff and assists in managing the department's operations budget
Leads high-level cross-functional projects and programs to manage and resolve significant business issues and to implement worldwide quality business or process improvement systems
Evaluates the effectiveness of the company's financial systems, or any new business or process improvement initiatives, develops strategy and solutions to worldwide issues impacting the company, and presents recommendations to senior management
Establishes policies and procedures, program governance, business process design, system testing and/or related software change controls
Maintains relationship with IT, business and relevant outsource and consulting providers to ensure technical development and support services meet end user requirements and business needs as well as coordinates progress of expenditures of the department as required
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in accounting, finance, business, engineering, information systems or other related business discipline
Five (5) years professional experience in management consulting, internal audit, accounting, finance, project/program management, vendor management or information systems with emphasis on analysis/planning
Knowledge of personal computers, integrated operational, back office or information systems.
Significant project/process management experience Proven ability to innovate, develop and produce high quality results on a consistent basis Demonstrated strong understanding of business and financial planning functions Strong basic management, human relations, analytical and communication skills A related advanced degree may offset experience requirements Skill/Experience/Knowledge Considered a Plus: Strong executive presence Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration Strong executive presentation skills and effective at storytelling to gain buy-in, support, and commitment from stakeholders Proficient with brand development and strategy Track record of building strong customer/business partner relationships Experience with successfully collecting and incorporating customer/business partner feedback Effective project management skills Strong leadership experience Domicile/Location: This position will be located in Collierville, TN, Plano, TX.
or Pittsburgh, PA.
