SOB Hospitality just opened a 3rd location of South of Beale, located in Collierville, TN.
We are looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead a team of 25-30 people working together and live out our mission of enhancing our guests' desire for social connection by providing true SOB hospitality with fun and unconventional food and drinks.
Assistant Kitchen Manager responsibilites:
* Daily and/or weekly food orders
* Menu training
* BOH inventory
* Make an accurate prep list
* Lead, manage and hold your subordinates accountable
* Manager-on-duty abilities, such as (but not limited to): opening manager duties, closing manager duties, monitoring the guest experience, getting the BOH & FOH ready for the shift

Establish a reliable kitchen inventory system by End of Year 2023
Identify and establish efficiencies in the all areas of the operation that will incrementally decrease our costs
Assist in establishing a complete training program for every position in the BOH.
The leadership team will take on this responsibility, but the insight and direction from daily managers will be crucial in establishing the training program
