Warehouse Shipping Lead Bilingual(English/Spanish)

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products - Ensure efficient and accurate inventory control and management - Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods - Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment - Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory and monitor productivity - Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Implement and enforce safety regulations to create a safe working environment Qualifications: - Previous experience in e-commerce or warehouse supervision preferred - Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus - Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Forklift certification is required - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control - Knowledge of logistics and distribution center operations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities If you are a motivated individual with experience in warehouse management, we invite you to apply for the position of Warehouse Lead.
