We are a Samsung Home Appliance Service Center.
Providing Repair/Services for Samsung home appliances.
Following are the essential duties/skills as a Parts Associate Ordering parts and maintaining efficient inventory Following up with part ETAs and delays.
Data Entry with accuracy Parts distribution and collection Following up on parts ordering emails Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel).
Provide assistance by phone contact with technicians as required.
Must demonstrate an aptitude for learning additional computer skills.
Good communication skills and effective telephone manner.
Ability to accept supervision, follow instructions and work in a harmonious manner with co-workers and supervisors.
