As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff members.

Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service - Train and develop team members to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards - Create employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained - Handle cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records - Conduct interviews and hire new employees - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Collaborate with culinary staff to develop and update menu offerings - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner Requirements: - Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food industry is required - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of cash handling procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in interviewing, training, and supervising employees - Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation is preferred - Must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
