BRG represents our clients’ financial interests and rights under their self-funded health plan and seeks and negotiates reimbursement of paid health expenses.
What does the Legal Support Case Manager do?
As a Legal Support Case Manager for BRG, you will assist BRG’s attorneys and team members who are leading an assigned portfolio of subrogation cases between an insurance company and a third party.
To be successful in this role you must be highly organized, exhibit strong critical thinking skills to solve problems, be motivated by your individual accomplishments and enjoy delivering a best-in-class client experience.
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to attorneys and team members on high-dollar fortune 100 and 500 client cases
Aid in directing workflow & prioritization across the practice
Locate and develop relevant information in a timely manner
Notify all applicable parties of our client’s interest in order to secure reimbursement of funds and communicate with those parties throughout the life of the case
Obtain timely status updates on case relating to mediations, depositions, trials, etc.
Respond to correspondence and requests from attorneys and adjusters efficiently and accurately
Ensure that case information is entered accurately and clearly
Support BRG’s attorneys in using legal arguments to settle our clients’ reimbursement claims for the best possible result.

Qualifications:

S / B.
A or Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program
Proven minimum 3 years experience in personal injury law and/or insurance claims
Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Motivated, well organized, detail oriented and flexible
