This pay structure is for those drivers who live in AR, MS, SC, NC and LA.

· Running Area: While drivers could run anywhere in the lower 48 (except NYC and Long Island) the vast majority of the freight is running East of I-35.

Driver Requirements:
At least 3 months of OTR or Regional driving experience in the last three years.
A clean driving record: No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 in the last 12 months.
Major moving violations? None in the last year and only one in the last three years.
Safety Matters: No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years, and no DOT Recordable in the last 3 years.
