Primary Job Description:
Learn and perform Customer Service Representative responsibilities of opening new accounts (Checking, Savings, IRA, Money Market, Certificate of Deposit, Safety Deposit Box, and all other retail bank accounts); establish and maintain an ongoing relationship with customers; assist customers with all products linked to accounts (debit cards, checks, online banking, etc.
); assist customers via telephone for inquiries made by telephone; assist customers inside bank; Teller duties (cashing checks, making deposits and withdrawals, answering phone, balancing cash drawer, balance ATM, etc.
); willingness to travel between Rosedale, MS and Greenville, MS branches if needed; learn and comply with banking regulations; be able to complete spreadsheets in Excel; prepare documents in word, excel, and power point; use a 10-key calculator, fax machine, scanner, copier, etc.
; have good time management; willingness to advance.
Most training for this position will be conducted in Greenville, MS.
The position is a full-time position for the Rosedale, MS office.
