Facilities Performance Group, LLC is looking for an Entry Level Admin Assistant to join the team at multiple locations.
We need a reliable Admin Assistant to be responsible for various clerical and secretarial duties with the primary focus on team support, with the responsibility of ownership and execution of specific tasks.
*Responsibilities:* Answer phones and direct calls accordingly with a positive attitude.
Greet guest and applicants with a hospitable and energetic work ethic.
Data Entry with accuracy.
Collect, Track and Process highly confidential employee communications, records, and documentation.
Create and Maintain digital files of confidential employee records and documentation.
Support and Assist other departments as needed.
*Requirements:* Confidentiality is highly important Organizational skills, should be able to maintain organization while managing multiple task simultaneously.
Detail oriented with an understanding of deadlines, must be able to work within deadlines and able to handle a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Team player with a positive attitude and possess a solid work ethic.
